2. Listings

Provider listings are informational. Heallexa is not a medical provider and does not endorse, recommend, or verify medical care. Users should always confirm details directly with the provider.

3. Claims & accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of any listing you claim, and for all activity under your account. Misrepresentation may result in removal.

4. Subscriptions

Premium and Featured plans are billed in advance. You can cancel anytime; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Limitation of liability

Heallexa is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for decisions made based on listing information.
